1. Changing marketing consent Marketing Consent is stored on the contact record Click Marketing Consent and choose the required option
After changing the consent setting, a journal entry will be added, stating when it was changed and who by

2. Reporting on marketing consent See Related articles links below for some Power Report examples Create a new Power Report, choosing Contact Report as the report type
Select Marketing consent
Pick from the Marketing consent is criteria options
Click Pick Contact Criteria to return to the previous screen where more options can be chosen (such as adding Office criteria or a Linked Record) along with the option to Run Report
