There may be occasions when you need to raise a previously raised invoice, such as following a correction made using a credit note

The system determines whether a rent or fee invoice is due to be raised by the rent invoiced up to date - the next rent will raise after this date


View letting and management fee dates

From the tenancy:

  • Click Financial & Extensions tab

For further options, such as to view the Letting Fee Date and Management Fee Date:

  • Right-click over the Rent invoiced up totext
  • The date shown should be the day before the rent period

After making any changes, it is important that the Raise Invoice screen is checked to ensure future invoices will raise correctly
