1. Options in property Attributes

From a property record, Attributes panel:

• Click edit (pencil) icon

• At the bottom of the screen one or both options can be made available:

  • Property Internal Floors

  • Total Building Floors

• Exit screen to save changes

2. Floor detail displayed on Attributes panel

From the Attributes panel on the property screen, the floor details are displayed:

• Property Internal Floor(s)

• Total Building Floor(s)

3. Reporting on floor detail IS THIS POSSIBLE????????

Reporting on floor detail can be carried out, where configured

From the main menu:

• Click Reports and select Power Reports

• Change the report type to Property and select Sales or Lettings, as required
  The highlighted fields below allows you to report on properties by floor detail
  ADD SCREEN(the criteria labels may differ slightly to those shown below)

  Example report
  This criteria will return properties in a specific postcode area, currently for sale with your company, between £1.5m - £3mavailable to let, with at least 3 2 double bedrooms , with and 2 floors and , in a building less that is less than has 10 floors high
