From AgencyCloud 12.151+, two configuration options are available which provide the ability to specify floor level detail within property Attributes

One or both options can be enabled and can display:

  • Property internal floors

  • Total building floors

This is in addition to the existing floor level option already available (from AgencyCloud 12.138+), as outlined here: Floor level attribute - configuration option

1. Options in property Attributes

From a property record, Attributes panel:

  • Click edit (pencil) icon

  • At the bottom of the screen one or both options can be made available:

    • Property Internal Floors

    • Total Building Floors

  • Exit screen to save changes

From the Attributes panel on the property screen, the floor details are displayed:

  • Property Internal Floor(s)

  • Total Building Floor(s)

3. Reporting on floor detail IS THIS POSSIBLE????????

Reporting on floor detail can be carried out, where configured

From the main menu:

  • Click Reports and select Power Reports

  • Change the report type to Property and select Sales or Lettings, as required
    The highlighted fields below allows you to report on properties by floor detail

  • If your system does not offer this option, click here to contact Reapit Support to request configuration

    Example report
    This criteria will return properties in a specific postcode area, currently for sale with your company, between £1.5m - £3m, with at least 3 bedrooms, with 2 floors and in a building that is less than 10 floors high

Reports run regularly can be added to an Organiser panel - first, click Save to save the Power Report as a Predefined Report, then go to the Organiser and, from the panel header you wish to add the report to, click Settings (cog) icon and click the New Category link
