1. Access renewal details panel

From lettings property:

  • Click Rent/Fee Details

  • Renewal Details panel is available top right

2. Complete renewal details

  • Enter Letting fee, Management fee and individual Fees, as required

For both Letting fee and Management fee:

  • Click to the right for options to Change to fixed amount (from percentage rate)
    or Set to multiple of weekly/monthly rent
