Information on tenancies with incomplete renewal negotiation checks can be accessed via the Property Management panel on the Organiser
Rent review with no change - logged on tenancy screen
When a rent review has taken place and there has been no change to the rent charged, this is indicated on the Financial & Renewals screen of the tenancy
Renewal negotiation reports can be added to Organiser
Power Reports for renewal negotiations can be added to an Organiser panel - this is possible from any panel where a category can be added, such as Property Management
Renewal option displayed in renewal/tenancy organiser & report results grids
The renewal option, which forms part of the tenancy agreement or renewal agreement, can be seen when viewing a tenancy or renewal grid from the organiser and also from a report results grid
