No, we do not have an MSI install for AgencyCloud - this is not possible due to how it is configured, as the application is copied to the local app data folder of the users profile |
Can I access AgencyCloud from home or abroad?
AgencyCloud can be accessed from anywhere as long as you have it installed, good internet access and valid login credentials - please note that some countries will block access or experience significant performance problems which is out of Reapit’s control |
Can I restrict users access to AgencyCloud from anywhere? e.g. can I lock down AgencyCloud to be accessed from only my office?
AgencyCloud can be locked down to secure access via IP whitelisting, so only connections via this IP will work |
Is AgencyCloud a web-based application, or do you have web-based app?
AgencyCloud is not a web based application, data is stored on Reapit’s cloud server but the AgencyCloud application requires an install as the interface UI to access your data |
Where is AgencyCloud data stored? i.e. will this save to my machine?
If hosted by Reapit, all data minus HiRES images are stored on the cloud server, no AgencyCloud data will be stored locally |
Can I use AgencyCloud on MAC of mobile device?
AgencyCloud is a windows based application so is not supported on MACs, Android or iPads - however, Reapit Mobile is available, which is a scaled back version of AgencyCloud for mobile users with a web-based interface - click here for more information on Reapit Mobile, or speak to your Reapit Customer Success Manager (CSM) See this guide for more information:

Can I access AgencyCloud with multiple accounts? Yes you can - AgencyCloud credentials unique identifier is the username, which is the email address stored in AgencyCloud To have multiple accounts, you either need multiple email addresses OR alias accounts
To use alias accounts, these need to be set-up by your local IT support |
