Terminal or Citrix Server installs will need to be setup on the C:Drive of the server the users will be connecting to - AgencyCloud can not be added to a shared or network drive as this will cause performance issues
For example, if you have several servers load balanced, it will be the load balance servers AgencyCloud needs deploying to

Users should have read/write access to the Reapit folder on the C:drive to allow auto upgrades, or Reapit will need direct access to the server to manually upgrade the AgencyCloud build folder at the time an upgrade is released

ODBC, C++ and WebView2 Drivers will need to be installed on the server if AgencyCloud is directly loaded from the server - if none, then driver installs needed on the users machine

The link above in section 1 has Install link coming soon! This will contain a full build of AgencyCloud ready to copy and paste into the C:drive of the server - if access is allowed, AgencyCloud will automatically upgrade on first login (if not, please contact Reapit Support for assistance in applying an upgrade)
