A tenant can view information on their tenancy via the Consumer Portal on their mobile device - this page outlines how to access the tenant view

1. Access track marketing options

From portal home page:

  • Click Marketing

2. Access tenant view

From the view options at the top:

  • Click Tenant
    Tenant options will be displayed

  • Landlord Info displays the landlord name and detailsof the property they are renting can be accessed via View Listing
