A tenant can view information on their tenancy via MyAgency on their mobile device - this page outlines how to access the tenant view

1. Access marketing options

From main toolbar:

  • Click Marketing

 

2. Access tenant view

From the view options at the top:

  • Click Tenant

  • The main photo of the property they are renting is shown, along with summary details

  • View Listing displays details of the property

  • Landlord Info displays the landlord name

The view options available (i.e. owner, applicant, tenant) will depend on the roles the client has on the Reapit desktop product (i.e. vendor, landlord, applicant, tenant)
