A tenant can view information on their tenancy via the Consumer Portal MyAgency on their mobile device - this page outlines how to access the tenant view

1. Access marketing options

From portal MyAgency app home page:

  • Click Marketing

2. Access tenant view

From the view options at the top:

  • Click Tenant

  • The main photo of the property they are renting is shown, along with summary details

  • View Listing displays detailsof the property

  • Landlord Info displays the landlord name
