  • Click Daily Accounts Processes and

  • select Import Receipts from Bank Statement

  • Click Import Statement

  • Select the Direct Debit receipt then select Multiple (bottom of screen)

  • Click Import Breakdown and select the Direct Debit file the receipt relates to

2. Check the receipts

The receipt will be split onto separate lines

  • Double-check the receipts are matched correctly

  • Continue as normal with posting the bank statement
