The workflows specified below are standard workflow which are now enabled as standard for Agency Edition and Enterprise customers*

Any request for configuration requires authorisation from your company’s key contact and may be chargeable

The table below outlines each workflow

	Workflow name	Workflow action
1	Confirmation of appointment email	When an appointment is confirmed, a confirmation email is generated to be sent to the vendor/landlord and the applicant
2	Viewing feedback email	When completing viewing feedback, an email is generated which can be amended before sending to vendor/landlord
3	Offer letter email	When an offer is entered, an email containing all details of it is generated for the applicant and vendor/landlord
4	Viewing cancellation email	When a viewing appointment is cancelled, an email is generated for the vendor/landlord to confirm the cancelled appointment
5	Exchange confirmation email	When a property exchanges, an email is generated to be sent to the vendor and buyer
