Confirmation of appointment email

  • When an appointment is confirmed, a confirmation email is generated to be sent to the vendor/landlord

Viewing feedback email

  • When completing viewing feedback, an email is generated which can be amended before sending to vendor/landlord

Offer letter email

  • When an offer is entered, an email containing all details of it is generated for the applicant and vendor/landlord

Viewing cancellation email

  • When a viewing appointment is cancelled, an email is generated for the vendor/landlord to confirm the cancelled appointment

Exchange confirmation email

  • When a property exchanges, an email is generated to be sent to the vendor and buyer
