1. Listing

If a potential buyer/tenant using the app chooses to ‘favourite’ a listed property, a task is sent to the property manager to inform them

Tip
'Favouriting' a property is done via the Listing section of the app - a A user clicks the star below right of the property image which adds the property to their shortlist (this This is then shown on the My Search* section of the user’s home page*)

2. Listing

MyAgency configuration can be used to remove the property manager name from the listing screen

When enabled, the property manager name/image shown top right of the property listing will not be displayed

3. Offers

MyAgency configuration can be used to hide the client name(s) on property/tenancy offers shown in the MyAgency app

When enabled, the names shown below would not be seen, just the offer amount and options/status

A landlord can get quick access to the Tenancy Offers and Appointments for each of their properties

2. Home page

The option to View All Statements will only be displayed to landlords

This includes it being offered when a landlord is also a vendor

3. Landlord view

A Certificate option has been added which allows certificates to be viewed and downloaded

1. All screens	The MyAgency logo can be seen top left from all app screen views
2. Tenant view home page	When a tenancy is arranging, the previously titled Pre-tenancy Check section has been re-titled to Pre-Tenancy Progress NEED ARRANGING TENANCY ON A TEST ACCOUNT
3. Tenant view	Under the property image the Tenancy Start Date and Tenancy End Date are displayed
4. Appointments	On all Appointments screens the previously titled options of Viewings & and People Through are now titled Viewings Completed and Viewings Scheduled
5. Listing search	When using the search function and there are no properties that match the search requirements, the screen shown on the right is displayed has been updated (see below) Click Adjust Filter for a shortcut access to the filter options Which can also be accessed using the filter icon to right of search field
