MyAgency 11.3 release notes
This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions
This page contains all updates for MyAgency 11.3 - these changes have been made to the app since product launch to May 2023:
Agent functionality updates

1. Listing | If a potential buyer/tenant using the app chooses to ‘favourite’ a listed property, a task is sent to the property manager to inform them The task is received in the Messages & Tasks screen in Reapit, identifying that a property has been favourited, including the app user’s details Double-click to view the task in more detail and Mark as Completed, as usual Favouriting a property is done via the Listing section of the app |
2. Listing | MyAgency configuration can be used to remove the property manager name from the listing screen When enabled, the property manager name shown top right of the property listing will not be displayed (but the image will still be shown), as shown in the example To request this configuration, click here to contact Reapit Support |
3. Offers | MyAgency configuration can be used to hide the client name(s) on property/tenancy offers shown in the MyAgency app When enabled, the names shown below would not be seen, just the offer amount plus offer options/status This also applies when viewing offers on a sales property (i.e. buyer offers) |
User functionality updates

1. Home page | A landlord can get quick access to the Tenancy Offers and Appointments for each of their properties |
2. Home page | The option to View All Statements will only be displayed to landlords |
3. Landlord view | A Certificate option has been added which allows certificates to be viewed and downloaded |
Marketing | The View Campaign option is only displayed when a property has the status set in on the Reapit property record as For Sale/To Let - Available |
User-interface (UI) updates

1. All screens | The MyAgency logo can be seen top left from all app screen views |
2. Tenant view | When a tenancy is arranging, the previously titled Pre-tenancy Check section on the home page has been re-titled to Pre-Tenancy Progress |
3. Tenant view | Under the property image the Tenancy Start Date and Tenancy End Date are displayed |
4. Appointments | On all Appointments screens the previously titled options of Viewings and People Through are now titled Viewings Completed and Viewings Scheduled |
5. Listing search | When using the search function and no properties match the search requirements, the screen shown has been updated (see below) Click Adjust Filter for access to the filter options |
