SMS Speedway are a third-party provider who provide text message services integrated within your Reapit software. This service allows you to send text messages to contacts in your database, such as diary reminders, sale progress updates, to send out information on new stock or just to keep in contact.
Occasionally when sending text messages, errors can occur. This page outlines the most common errors received, along with general guidelines on how to investigate.
1. Internet Explorer does not pop-up After a text is sent, Internet Explorer (IE) should open to confirm that the SMS has been sent. Follow these steps if IE fails to pop-up:

2. Error message - SMS message not queued: incorrect login

3. Error message - SMS message not queued: out of credit One credit is required per message (each message can be up to 160 characters); if the account has run out of credit then you will not be able to send any further messages
