From 12.167+, lists offered when creating a works order or a certificate (or alarm) will only contain custom entries for that type, as set in configuration

Note

Any certificates added prior to this release which, from 12.167+, become a dedicated custom works order type will still be stored on the property but will be flagged as Certificate no longer in use
(seen in the certificates screen when hovering over the certificate type)

For example:
From 12.167, Emergency Plumbing might now be specified as a custom works order type, rather than a custom certificate type - therefore any Emergency Plumbing certificates created prior to this release will still display on any properties they were added to but will be flagged as Certificate no longer in use
