Separate list for custom certificates - configuration option

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

Prior to AgencyCloud 12.167, custom works order types and custom certificate types shared the same list, which meant that when creating a certificate, custom options for works orders and certificates would be shown in both lists, resulting in irrelevant options being made available

From 12.167+, lists offered when creating a certificate will only contain core and custom entries for certificates (as set in configuration), it will no longer present works order types

To ensure that your configuration is set up with correct custom works order & custom certificate types, click here to contact Reapit Support

Any certificates added prior to this release which, from 12.167+, become a dedicated custom works order type will still be stored on the property but will be flagged as Certificate no longer in use
(seen in the certificates screen when hovering over the certificate type)

For example:
From 12.167, Emergency Plumbing might now be specified as a custom works order type, rather than a custom certificate type - therefore any Emergency Plumbing certificates created prior to this release will still display on any properties they were added to but will be flagged as Certificate no longer in use
