1. Access office setup

From the main menu:

  • Click your name/office (top left)

  • Click Configuration and select Setup Offices

  • Beside Lat/Long click Select

  • The red marker shows the current office location

To change the office location

  • Click and drag the marker to the required position

  • Click Accept
    The Lat/Long coordinates will be updated on the office setup screenImage Added
Tip

Click and drag the map to move it - click Centre Map (top right) to reposition map
Use the +/- buttons (or mouse wheel) to zoom in/out

2. Change office location

From map screen:

  • Click and drag the red marker to the required position

  • Click Accept
    The Lat/Long coordinates will be updated on the office setup screen
