Identify office location on map via configuration

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

If you have access to self-service configuration screens - from version 12.168+, the setup offices screen can be used to accurately identify each office’s location through lat/long coordinates

This ensures that when an office location is being shown (e.g. via a Reapit Foundations app), the correct location for the office is displayed

1. Access office setup

From the main menu:

  • Click your name/office top left of main menu

  • Click Configuration and select Setup Offices

  • Beside Lat/Long click Select

  • The red marker shows the current office location

Click and drag the map to move it - click Centre Map (top right) to reposition map
Use the +/- buttons (or mouse wheel) to zoom in/out

2. Change office location

From map screen:

  • Click and drag the red marker to the required position

  • Click Accept
    The Lat/Long coordinates will be updated on the office setup screen
