This guide covers what is being tracked when Analytics functionality is enabled in AgencyCloud

Why is information tracked?

Information is tracked to provide an enhanced user experience and improve the product

What is being tracked?

Searches 

  • Side bar panel parent - for example: Universal Search, property, applicant, etc.

  • Search type - for example: phone, name, address, indeterminate

  • Time taken from clicking the search button to when all counts are displayed (where applicable) 

  • Full text - Y/N

  • Categories - a list of ActivityCategoryType enum values, based on onByDefault parameter passed to UniversalSearch constructor

  • Page/window opened - i.e. duration from when it was created to when it was usable  

  • Page/window closed 

  • Button clicks - this includes menu item clicks

  • Apps that are loaded via Reapit Foundations 

  • DLLs that are loaded via AgencyCloud 

  • Workflow triggered by AgencyCloud 

  • Web requests - including images loaded and documents opened 

  • When users log out 

Info

No sensitive information will be tracked, such as names, addresses or phone numbers

Content of documents opened will not be tracked - also, when opening documents, only the following will be tracked: the URL, time taken to retrieve the document, response received from the server when downloading the document and the length of the document

Logs 

  • Errors in AgencyCloud 

  • Individual and batch accounts processes ran in AgencyCloud, including the type of process  and time taken to complete 

  • Housekeeping processes ran in AgencyCloud 

Opting out

A user can opt out of analytics at any time

From main menu:

  • Click user name/office top right and click Edit My Details

  • Click drop down menu beside Tracking consent and select Deny, then click Save
