1. Listing

If a potential buyer/tenant using the app chooses to ‘favourite’ a listed property, a task is sent to the property manager to inform them

The task is received in the Messages & Tasks screen in Reapit, identifying that a property has been favourited, including the app user’s details

Favouriting a property is done via the Listing section of the app
A user clicks the star below the property image which adds the property to their shortlist
This is then shown on the My Search section of the user’s home page

2. Listing

MyAgency configuration can be used to remove the property manager name from the listing screen

When enabled, the property manager name shown top right of the property listing will not be displayed (but the image will still be shown), as shown in the example

3. Offers

MyAgency configuration can be used to hide the client name(s) on property/tenancy offers shown in the MyAgency app

When enabled, the names shown below would not be seen, just the offer amount plus offer options/status

On all Appointments screens the previously titled options of Viewings and People Through are now titled Viewings Completed and Viewings Scheduled

When viewing a list of properties, an indication of the number of properties and which one you are viewing in the list is displayed at the bottom of the screen

In this example, the owner has 5 properties (indicated top left) - the count at the bottom of the screen indicates which property in the list you are currently viewing

(Tenant view)

New tenancy and end tenancy information/options are only shown for a certain amount of time, dependent on tenancy length

  • When the tenancy starts, the new tenancy information is displayed in the app for 2 months, after this time it is removed

  • When the tenancy end date is within 2 months, the renew tenancy option is displayed in the app

3. Marketing
(Tenant view)

The Move out option is not shown in the app until the tenancy end date is within 2 months
