1. Documents

Tenant & owner view, as vendor or landlord

Private documents not displayed in app

Any documents marked as private in Reapit will not be displayed in the MyAgency app

For example, on the tenancy Letters screen:

  • 3 documents have been saved as PDF documents - 1 has been marked as Private

In the MyAgency app, from Tenant view:

  • In Documents, the document marked as private is not displayed to the app user

User functionality updates

Following customer feedback, the previously titled Marketing option (on the main toolbar at the bottom of the MyAgency app) has been renamed to My Properties

Only relevant roles shown in My Properties

The only options shown across the top of the app are those that are relevant to the roles the user has, meaning that:

  • if they are only a tenant, just Tenant will be displayed

  • if they are only a vendor and/or landlord, just Owner will be displayed

  • if the vendor/landlord/tenant has favourited a property via the Listing section of the app, Applicant is also displayed
    In this example, the landlord has favourited at least one property - favourited properties can be viewed via the Applicant option

1. My Properties

Owner view, as vendor or landlord

Property number indicator for owner with multiple properties

When viewing a list of properties, an indication of the number of properties and which one you are viewing in the list is displayed at the bottom of the screen

In this example, the owner has 5 properties (indicated top left) - the count at the bottom of the screen indicates which property in the list is being viewed

2. My Properties

Tenancy end information hidden when not applicable

Tenancy end information is only shown when applicable

When the tenancy end date is within 2 months, from Tenant view:

  • The Renew Tenancy option is displayed

  • The Move Out option will be displayed

  • Before this time, the options highlighted above are hidden from view, as shown in the example below of a current tenancy that is not new or near its end date

3. Listing

Better line spacing on property description

When viewing a property listing:

  • Line spacing is applied to the property description
    The description is taken from the Long Description field on the property Marketing screen in Reapit
