1. Adding a tenant or an occupier to a tenancy

tenancy

record

:

  • The tenant name (i.e. the company applicant) is shown in the Company panel

  • Additional Tenants / Occupiers are shown in the panel below

To add further occupiers or tenants

:

  • From Additional Tenants / Occupiers panel

  • , click (plus) icon

  • Select option to add New tenant or New occupier

2. Add occupier details to a letter

Merge fields which will pull the occupier names into a letter are available

  • If you have access to the Letter Template Editor, these fields can be found in the Tenancy section, for example All Occupier Names
