When a tenant is a company, you can add licenced occupiers to the tenancy . Both - both standard tenants and occupiers can be added to the same tenancy.
Once added, letters can be set up to send to the occupier, instead of the company, and vice versa.
A licenced occupier is someone whose name is not on the rental agreement, the company that are providing their accommodation are instead.
