  • Change the main office
    and/or

  • Change shared office(s)

This allows These two settings allow greater flexibility with office security on a lettings property by allowing a user to be set-up to be able to change shared offices but not the main office , and (or vice versa

From a lettings property:

  • The Main Office cannot be changed, but the shared Office can

The default setting is to allow users to be able to change both types of officesthe main office and shared office(s) unless set otherwise

If, prior to version 12.186 your security setting , a user's lettings property security setting for offices was set so they were prevented from changing both the main office & shared offices - from 12.186+, this prevention will continue, in that will not be able to change both the main and shared offices
However, Enterprise clients can contact Reapit Support to ask for one/both of these settings to be changed, as outlined at the top of this page
