The key management screen is a configurable option for Enterprise customers

The available keys report is an enhancement to the current key management screen - for more information on the key management screen, click here:

An available keys report can be ran from the key management screen - the report is opened in Microsoft Excel and lists available key numbers for one or more offices for both sales and lettings

The available keys report returns key numbers which have previously been assigned to a set of keys logged in the system but have now been returned to the owner and have not yet been reassigned to another set of keys in the same office

Access key management screen and available keys report

From main menu:

  • Click Property and select Key Management

  • The Available keys link is available top left

  • A pop-up message is displayed:

    • To display available key numbers for just your office, click Yes

    • To display available key numbers for other offices, click No
      A screen will be displayed to allow the required office(s) to be selected

  • The report is opened in Microsoft Excel

Tip

The report shows available keys for both sales and lettings - Excel functions can be used to sort/filter the information

Available key numbers are those which have been previously logged on the system, where the key has been returned to the owner and is not assigned to another property in the same office
