Report on tenancy renewals/extensions & alterations

Updates have been made to tenancy renewals/extensions & alterations report functionality:

  1. Report title
The report title now matches the configuration setting which determines whether the term extension or renewal is used - if system is set to use the term:

    • Renewal - report is titled Tenancy Renewals & Alterations

    • Extension - report is titled Tenancy Extensions & Alterations
Prior to this release, the report was titled Tenancy Extensions & Alterations, regardless of the configuration setting

  2. Report on just tenancy renewals/extensions, alterations or recurring charges
A new Type criteria option has been added to allow a report to be run on just extensions/renewals, just alterations or just recurring charges (or a combination of two), rather than always having to report on all types - the type can also be identified in the report results grid
