This page outlines how to use Keywords when matching.

1A. Where to select your Keywords (Applicant)

  • Go to your Applicant Record
  • Click on Requirements
  • Select or enter your Keyword at the top of the menu

1B. Where to select your Keywords (Property)

  • Go to your Property Record
  • Click on Attributes
  • Click on Keywords & Changes
  • Select or enter your Keyword at the bottom of the menu

3. The Matching screen

Make sure you have the following option ticked when matching

your key contact can request that they are added on the system via this form

Keywords are useful for identifying such properties as investments. Investments are not set as a predefined property attribute in Reapit; Attributes are used purely for definitive classifications or identification.


1. Select your keyword

From the applicant record:

  • In the Requirements section, click the pencil icon to edit

  • In the field at the top, select or enter your keyword

From the property record:

  • In the Attributes section, click the pencil icon to edit

  • Click Keywords & Charges at the top of the screen

  • In the Keywords section, select or enter the required keywords



2. Matching

  • When matching, ensure you have the Keywords option ticked in the matching criteria screen

  • If a property and applicant have the same Keyword and the other criteria meet, they also correspond, the applicant and property will match
