Why is information tracked by Reapit?

  • Information is tracked to provide an enhanced user experience and

improve the product
  • to provide information for future improvements of the Reapit product

Tip

The information received from analytics tracking is for use by Reapit only for product enhancement purposes only

What is being tracked by Reapit?

A user can opt out of analytics
Searches 

Searching

The following information is tracked when the search functionality is used:

  • Side bar panel parent - for example: using Universal Search, property, applicant, etc.

  • Search type - for example: phone, name, address, indeterminate

  • Time taken from clicking the search button to when all counts are displayed (where applicable) 

Pages open/closed & functions used

  • Page/window opened - i.e. duration from when it was created to when it was usable  

  • Page/window closed 

  • Button clicks - including menu item clicks

  • When users log out 

Apps/custom files/configuration used

  • Apps loaded via Reapit Foundations 

  • DLLs within the Reapit platform

  • Workflow within the Reapit platform

  • Web requests - including images loaded and documents opened 

  • When users log out

Logs 

  • Errors within the Reapit platform

  • Individual and batch accounts processes ran on the platform, including the type of process and time taken to complete 

  • Housekeeping processes ran on the Reapit platform

No sensitive information will be tracked - such as (i.e. names, addresses or phone numbers)

When opening documents, only the following will be tracked : - URL accessed, time taken to retrieve document, size of document and , response received from server when downloading

How to opt out

How do I know my data is being tracked?

When your data is being tracked, when logging onto Reapit:

  • A pop-up message is displayed bottom right of the main screen

  • The pop-up message explains the tracking functionality

  • If you are happy to allow Reapit Analytics to track your system use:

    • Click the link beside the final sentence that reads: To not see this message again…

    • Reapit will track user activity but will no longer display the pop-up every time you log in

  • If you do not want Reapit Analytics to track your system use:

    • Click the link beside the sentence that reads: …to opt out of this tracking…

    • The Update My Details screen is displayed:

      • In the Tracking consent option at the bottom, click the drop-down menu and select Deny

      • A prompt will be displayed with further information and a request to confirm your decision (click Yes, where applicable), then click Save

When setting Tracking consent to Deny, tracking is no longer active and the pop-up message is no longer displayed when logging in

The Update My Details screen can be accessed at any time to opt out/in, see next section

Can I opt out of analytics tracking? (or opt back in?)

Tip

A user can opt out of Reapit Analytics at any time, not just via the pop-up message seen when logging on (as seen in the previous section)

  • When a pop-up message is not being displayed when logging on to Reapit - the method shown in this section shows whether tracking is currently on or off

  • The method shown in this section provides the ability to opt out (or opt back in) of Reapit Analytics tracking at any time

From main menu:

  • Click user name/office top right and click Edit My Details

  • Click drop down menu beside Tracking consent and select Deny, then click Save
