What is being tracked by Reapit?
A user can opt out of analytics Searches SearchingThe following information is tracked when the search functionality is used: Side bar panel parent - for example: using Universal Search, property, applicant, etc. Search type - for example: phone, name, address, indeterminate Time taken from clicking the search button to when all counts are displayed (where applicable)
Pages open/closed & functions usedApps/custom files/configuration usedApps loaded via Reapit Foundations DLLs within the Reapit platform Workflow within the Reapit platform Web requests - including images loaded and documents opened When users log out infoLogs Errors within the Reapit platform Individual and batch accounts processes ran on the platform, including the type of process and time taken to complete Housekeeping processes ran on the Reapit platform

A user can opt out of Reapit Analytics at any time, not just via the pop-up message seen when logging on (as seen in the previous section) When a pop-up message is not being displayed when logging on to Reapit - the method shown in this section shows whether tracking is currently on or off The method shown in this section provides the ability to opt out (or opt back in) of Reapit Analytics tracking at any time
