Tenant arrears on the Power Organiser can be filtered by office or manager.


1. Filter option

From the Power Organiser, Property Management panel:

  • Click By Office to show just your office's data

    or

  • Click By Manager to show just your tenants' data


2. Tenant Arrears arrears option

  • Click Tenant Arrearsarrears

    The information shown will be filtered by office or by manager, as selected in step 1

If the Tenant Arrears arenarrears option isn't showing in the Property Management panel:

  • Click the cog in the panel header (shown in step 1)
  • In Pick categories to display, tick Tenant Arrears
  • Click the tick in the panel header to save
