When creating a task, it is now possible to navigate to other screens while the task screen is open.

For example, if you have chosen to create a task while in a property record, then you want to save and close the property record and move to another area on the system, the task window will stay open and editable during this time.


1. Create task

For example, on a property record:

  • From the Activity Feed, click +

  • Select Create task

2. Start entering task detail

  • Enter task detail

    When navigating to another screen, you will be prompted to save your task

  • Click Yes


3. Navigate to other areas

  • You can now move to other areas within Reapit Agency Cloud with the task open and editable

If opening another task window at this point, the current task will be replaced with the new task.
The new task will still be saved and can be opened again via the journal or messages and tasks screen.
