Access other screens when creating a task

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

When creating a task, it is now possible to navigate to other screens while the task screen is open

1. Create task

For example, on a property record:

2. Start entering task detail

Enter task detail
When navigating to another screen, you will be prompted to save your task
Click Yes

3. Navigate to other areas

You can now move to other areas within Reapit Agency Cloud with the task open and editable

If opening another task window at this point, the current task will be replaced with the new task

The new task will still be saved and can be opened again via the journal or messages and tasks screen
