When images are added to RPS, they are compressed slightly once they are on our servers. We recommend having a folder setup on a shared folder . It is recommended that you set up a folder in a shared area where RPS can then make a copy of all images added to RPS.
Your IT contact/team will create the shared folder where a copy of all images added to RPS are stored. This will ensure images used in brochures and /online are those origial images the original images, prior to compression.
RPS will prevent you from adding images if If the path in the configuration for that the shared folder is incorrect, RPS will prevent you from adding images. This page outlines how this can be rectified.
1. Hi-res picture path does not exist error When this error message is displayed, RPS is unable to locate the shared folder to copy the property 'simages to .(as outlined above) This is in place to prevent compressed images from being used in brochures or online listings | ||||||||
