This guide explains how to import a property from Agentbox, if the contact already exists in both systems.
If the property exists only in Agentbox, the 
icon will be displayed.
Highlighting the property will show the Agentbox Preview. At the bottom of this panel there are four options. Select the relevant option, depending on whether this is a sales or rentals property.
Link to RPS sales property/Link to RPS rental property
If the contact has existing properties, you will be able to link to an existing property in RPS if any exist. If the property does not already exist, you should import the property from Agentbox.
Import to RPS as sales property/Import to RPS as rental property
This will create a property record in RPS against the existing contact. Once the process has been completed, you will be able to view the RPS property.
