1. Access Tenancy Details

2. Accessing applicant details

When a tenancy is arranging, the reference check section is accessed via the applicant screen, as outlined in this step

When a tenancy is current - see step 3

On the Tenancy Details screen, in the Applicant Details section, double-click the first name in the list

The applicant record will be displayed

On the applicant record, in the Relationships panel, click the + icon and then click select References / Guarantors

When all details have been entered, press the OK, Order button to submit the order, or
Or choose to save for later
Click the Exit button to close the page

The status of an order can be reviewed by clicking the Reference Check link again
