The Van Mildert integration allows ordering and tracking of tenant references within Reapit Agency Cloud.


Approved third party integrations require configuration and set-up by Reapit Support and the third party provider, click here for more information/assistance


1. Access Tenancy Details

From property record:

  • Click the Applicant or Tenant link

    At Arranging Tenancy stage, the prospective tenant will be displayed as an Applicant (1a)

    When a tenancy is current, they will be displayed a Tenant (1b)


    Clicking either link will display the Tenancy Details screen for the arranging/current tenancy

2. Accessing applicant details

When a tenancy is arranging, the reference check section is accessed via the applicant screen, as outlined in this step

When a tenancy is current - see step 3

  • On the Tenancy Details screen, in the Applicant Details section, double-click the first name in the list

    The applicant record will be displayed

  • On the applicant record, in the Relationships panel, click the + icon and then click select References / Guarantors

  • The References/Guarantors screen will be displayed

3. Accessing tenant details

When a tenancy is current, the reference check section is accessed via the tenant screen, as outlined in this step

When a tenancy is arranging - see step 2

  • On the Tenancy Details screen, in the Tenant Details section, double-click the first name in the list

4. Ordering a reference check 

From screen 2c or 3b:

  • Click Reference Check

  • Select required option

  • Click Accept


5. Link to Van Mildert

The Van Mildert page will be opened where tenant details can be amended or added to

  • When all details have been entered, press the OK, Order button to submit the order, or choose to save for later

  • Click the Exit button to close the page

    The status of an order can be reviewed by clicking the Reference Check link again
