This guide outlines how to access your current list of unallocated service charge receipts and how to allocate them to the correct items.


1. Access option from main menu

From the main menu:

  • Click Estate

  • Select Daily Accounts Processes

  • Click Unallocated Leaseholder Receipts


2. Unallocated service charge receipts

  • When importing receipts from bank statement (as outlined here), anything that was not auto-allocated to outstanding items would usually now be appearing in this list
    If you auto-allocated items, this would then prevent them from showing up in the above list


3. Allocation????The system allows individual allocation:Allocating items

Items with pending receipts can be allocated

  • Double-click an item to allocate

  • Click Yes

    Each outstanding item is displayed along with a total of money left to allocate - this total will decrease as you allocate

You can also bulk allocate using the tick boxes on the main screen???
