1. Service charge and ground rent information

in AgencyCloud

Both service charge and ground rent information is added to a sales property

on AgencyCloud

via the Attributes screen on the Charges tab

From a sales property report:

  • The following criteria options will be available
    Criteria labels may differ slightly (depending on set-up)
