1A. Where to select your Keywords (Applicant)
- Go to your Applicant Record
- Click on Requirements
- Select or enter your Keyword at the top of the menu

1B. Where to select your Keywords (Property)
- Go to your Property Record
- Click on Attributes
- Click on Keywords & Changes
- Select or enter your Keyword at the bottom of the menu

3. The Matching screen
- Make sure you have the following option ticked when matching
Keywords should be used to identify key/potential features for a property or land type that is not recognised as a defined property classification - such as an investment property (as this is subjective)
