From AgencyCloud 12.145+, authorised clients can be given access to the Setup Sources/Position/Feedback screen which allows them to set up their own custom applicant status options - however, if a client hasn't used custom options before, a configuration option also needs to be enabled to switch the feature on, as outlined below

From the main menu: Click Configuration and select System Configuration On the Applicant Status tab, tick Use custom applicant positions in place of standard status list Image RemovedImage AddedClick Save and Exit

Adding a custom list removes all default options - meaning that only the custom options will be available to select from the Applicant Status list (default options can still be selected by right-clicking over the Status field on the applicant record) |
