When giving out individual property details on request, choosing to hand match allows this to be logged in the applicant and property journals

1. Accessing hand match function

  • Right-click over the Match button and select Hand Match

2. Search for applicant

The search screen is automatically displayed allowing you to choose the relevant applicant

  • Search for the required applicant and double-click when found

  • Dependent on configuration, on selecting the applicant, a message giving the option for the response to be cross-referenced with an advertisement can be offered

  • Where relevant, click Yes to select the advertisement
    The response to the advertisement will be logged in the property journal and subsequent advertising reports

3. Log hand match in journal

If you want to email/print details, skip to step 4

The applicant will be displayed in this screen

  • Click Exit (top right)

  • When prompted to Create journal entries for match, click Yes

4. Email/print details

To email or print details, from the screen above:

  • Click Print
    Image Modified

  • Select E-mail (or required print option)
    Ensure Create journal entries is ticked

  • Click Proceed
