Where more than one email address is stored within the contact details section of a record

(e.g. applicant, tenant, vendor, landlord, contact etc.):

  • Click the envelope icon beside an email address

...

  • Image Added

  • Selecting Send e-mail or Send template e-mail offers two options: 
    Send to this e-mail and Send to all e-mails

Tip

Selecting Send to all e-mails will enter both email addresses in the To field of the new email
