1. Why are records masked?

Masked records A record is masked due to the way the system security settings are configured for your company This is affected by the Manager/Negotiator or Office that owns that record Although a contact/property may be yours, you may not have the necessary permissions (set in configuration) to view the selected office/negotiator's data
