How to identify the amount the tenant owes until their vacate/tenancy end date
1. Enter the tenancy end date From the tenancy screen:

In the Tenancy end date field, enter the date to which the tenant should pay rent Tick End Confirmed Enter the reason when prompted Save the tenancy

2. Check for any current rent arrears Identify how many outstanding rent invoices are currently against the tenant From tenancy, Accounts Functions panel: | Info |

3. Check view/raise invoice To view future rent invoices that have not yet been raised: |
