1. Access Reapit IQ From the Reapit main menu:

2. Click Forgotten your Password?forgotten username/password link From the Reapit IQ login screen:

3. Enter your email address
| ||
4. Receive new password via email Look out for an email from Open the email to view your new password Do not double-click the password before copying it to Reapit IQ - this adds a space to the end of the password, meaning it will not work Click and drag carefully over the characters of the password to select them, ensuring no blank spaces are selected Paste the password into the Reapit IQ Password field and click Sign In | Providing the email address entered in the previous step was already registered with Reapit IQ
