A configuration option is available to provide Tenancy Income Reporting tenancy income report functionality - this report option provides gives the ability to report on:

  • fees and commission

  • tenancy income & forecast

The following guides break down how to use both of the above report types and suggest how the report can be used depending on requirementsrun two detailed tenancy income reports, outlined below

The tenancy income reporting screen allows two types of reports to be run:

  • Fees & Commission report
    Detailed report which gives an indication of fees/commission earned that can be broken down by negotiator/office - this report outputs to a grid and is outlined in more detail here:

To get full benefit from the tenancy income report, it is advised to also enable tenancy fee allocation/split functionality, which allows one or more of the following to be specified per tenancy:

  • Negotiator negotiator fee split as a percentage

  • Office office fee split as a percentage

  • Negotiator negotiator fixed commission valuefee commission
    One, some or all 3 can be enabled, depending on business requirements
