Link to multiple statement items option

After importing the bank statement, access Bank Reconciliation

• In Statement Items (on left), select transaction

• In Transactions (on right), right-click the payment record and select Link to multiple statement items

  The Payment Breakdown will be displayed

2. Select payment

• Select the statement transactions to reconcile to

• 
  

• Click Accept 

• then click Yes to merge items
  
  The multiple statement transactions will now merge to one transaction that can be reconciled to the payment record

3. Finalise the reconciliation

• Click Post to finalise the reconciliation
