The Internet Check function in AgencyCloud performs an examination of the current property record in order to identify any issues

1. Access Internet Check

From the property record in AgencyCloud

  • Click Marketing

  • Click Internet Check

2. Issue(s) identified

Potential upload problems for the property will be listed

  • Work through the potential problems listed

  • Run the Internet Check again to ensure the issues are cleared

Tip

Your property should now upload to the relevant property portals or your company website

This may not be immediate due to scheduled feed times

titleAre If you getting get an error message stating 'Agency is : ...blank'?

Ensure that a relevant agency type that has been set on the property record via the Financial or Rent/Fee Details screen, Selling Agency or Agency fieldselected for the property - it should not be blank

On a sales property:

  • Click Financial

  • In Selling Agency drop down menu (top right), select the required type

  • Click Rent/Fee Details

  • In Agency drop down menu (top right), select the required type

titleIs the property status correct in AgencyCloud?
  • The status of your property must be at Available status - this applies to both sales & lettings properties

  • Check with your Reapit key contact (often your branch manager) to make sure the status of your property is permitted to upload to your website or portal
